Finally! A place to take my computer that doesn't involve driving for hours to the city! Randy was very helpful, informative, and fair when discussing options for my old laptop. Thanks to his insight, I spent the $200 to replace the screen on an otherwise perfectly good (though older) computer instead of spending $500+ for a new one. Oh! And he has printer ink too which was handy.
