Relationships are tested when things do not go well. I called AAA to have a tire changed. The Citywide driver could not. I determined to have our vehicle towed to the nearest Les Schwab. The truck dropped our vehicle twice, destroying half the fender and wrinkling the headlight supports. Mortified! I saw court costs, repairs and a total disruption of our very tight schedule. I called AAA. The towing company, Citywide, was unaware of the incident. I called Lacey at Citywide Towing. We decided I would bring my damaged van to their yard. There was no quibbling, no denial of responsibility. With sincere apologies Lacey asked their obviously professional staff to evaluate the damage. Convenient to my schedule they arranged a rental vehicle and provided transportation to and from their shop. The repairs are perfect. Such relief! This company is amazing. "Drew" is an extremely talented tow truck operator!! He saved my truck that slid 250 down off an embankment in Fossil Creek. I was up in the hills and six other towing companies turned it down. Four of which wouldn't respond up on those roads, and two did, but did not want to try to recover my truck due to the position it was in. Drew came out of Olympia to help us!! The price was very fair and it only took him 90 minutes to get up there..... 75 miles away!!! I called their office to talk to his boss about how great he was and the dispatcher informed me that Drew was the boss!! Thank you Drew!!!

Absolutely a wonderful company! My car was damaged in Ocean Shores. The truck came all of the way out of Olympia, WA. The driver "Joe" was nice and very helpful. Drove me all the way back to Bellevue, Washington (130 mile trip). He even stopped at Starbucks for me on the way so that I could get a coffee! Even when we got to the repair shop the tow driver explained to me what was wrong with my car and told me what to expect from the mechanic and how much I should have to pay for the repair.
