They went out of their way to stay open late because it was my anniversary and I had procrastinated ordering flowers for my wife. I really appreciate their helpfulness and their gorgeous arrangements.
The staff at Wild Ochid (both stores) is extra helpful and SO creative. Their flowers are always beautiful. Also, they have 2 stores, so one of them is usually on my way to where I'm going or close for delivery.
GREAT! Such nice people and such FRESH flowers. Will never buy flowers anywhere else!!!

I hire Wild Orchid to do my wedding recently. The night of the rehearsal the flowers were to be ready at 4 for pickup and they hadn't done them and the owner was nowhere to be found. They had to throw something together and deliver a few hours later. On the day of the wedding they were an hour late after many confirmations through e-mail, in person, and on the phone. Two different arrangements were to have Lilies and neither did. The roses were pink instead of lavender and none of them had opened up. The flower balls for our aisle flowers were not made yet and one lady made them while another set up in the reception. The ribbon on these flowers was supposed to be purple to stand out on the white chairs and the ribbon was white so they were barely noticable. I would not recommend Wild Orchid to anyone.
I'm so sorry you weren't happy with your wedding flowers. I wasn't aware of your dissatisfaction until coming across this review. Some of your comments weren't entirely accurate, but the bottom line is you weren't happy! I would have been happy to review the outcome with you and find a solution to your dissatisfaction.
Used this company for several years for several reasons, and each business transaction has been a worthy one. You will get great service with these people.
