Sandra Tolliver has a long history of using Protective Orders to force fathers into settling cases. A recent polling of her cases revealed that over 95% of her family litigation cases involved involved a protective order issued by a client. In the world of family litigation there are rarely ever "winners" and "losers" so using theses types of horrible tactics only serves to scare families for a long time. Don't be surprised if she offers to work "pro bono", this may sound like a good idea up front but it usually followed by an agreement to collect "back child support" that she extorts from people using the protective order. At the end of the day, she is about her own interests, not her clients. I am surprised she is still practicing law since all of the recent allegations against her.
