TLS Group, Inc. was founded 1982 by Ralph C. Willis. Traffic & Lighting Systems is a specialty electrical contractor made up of 120 plus employees in three divisional offices. Our team is licensed in Oklahoma, and Arkansas. We specialize in sales, installation and maintenance of traffic signals, lighting, streetscapes, intelligent transportation systems, and drilled shaft foundations, and directional boring.
