I placed a reservation for this hotel and was never made aware of a cancelation fee. I spoken with the Manager Landan, Daneil the man that placed the reservation and Debbie in Accounting. I advised them that i was never told of any cancellation policy. I was not able to show to my reservation and this company has charged my card. I think this is absoulutely fraud. I have tried to call the General Manager Jeff Fischer several times to express that i feel is if i have been robbed of my money. He will not even return my calls. If looking for good customer service, not a great place.
