Have had terrible service 99.9%, example received coupons in the mail that the manager would not honor. There was no limit on the coupon, however the manager impolitely informed me that I would only be able to purchase one meal at the coupon price. Even though there was no limit or exclusions on the coupon. Another time I ordered some chicken and it was very apparent that the chicken was not fresh. When I brought it to the attention of the people that work there, they acted as though it was no big deal. The manager didn't even offer to replace my food, which clearly had not been eaten and was very unsympathetic. I could go on however just want to let people know not to patronize thparticularlar Kentucky Fried Chicken establishment!
