My husband and I were lucky to have Rena assist us in the purchase of a solitaire engagement ring. After 35 years of marriage my husband decided to get me an "official" engagement ring. I was looking for a marquis type stone. He started researching information on diamonds and we visited many other stores in Tulsa. We were surprised by the cost and lack of quality from the other stores so we goggled Tulsa jewelers. Here we found Israel Diamonds.and read the excellent reviews so we decided to check it out. Rena was very friendly, professional and willing to give advice on selection of the diamond. The marquis solitaires in the store were not quite right so Rena helped us to select a GIA certified one for their inventory which had great stats including proportions, clarity and carat size. The diamond was ordered, mounted and my husband presented it to me. It's absolutely gorgeous! With Rena's invaluable help, both knowledgeable and professional, we ene very happy customers!
My husband bought my engagement ring here and I love it. The staff worked well with him and sold him a beautiful ring. We returned to buy our wedding bands after much looking elsewhere. They will gladly clean your rings free of charge when you stop by. They do the best cleaning of any jewelry store I have been in. The ring looks brand new again. The last time I was in they told me I should have my white gold ring dipped to make the silver more silver because the silver color of white gold tends to turn yellow after a while. We asked how much they charge for this and they said that it was complimentary with the purchase. We were shocked. The customer service is great. It has been three years since we married and we went in the store a few months ago for the first time in over a year and they still remember my husband and me, him from when he picked out my ring and details that he told them about the big night. They are a great business & I would recommend anyone!!!
