Hughes Concrete Construction Company LLC was started by W.R. Hughes in Muskogee in 1952. Over the years many of the family members worked with the company and still do to this day. We are continuously growing and expanding our operations. Jeff Hughes, now owns and operates the business. The company operates out of South Tulsa. We service all of Oklahoma, and parts of Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. We provide services to many construction companies, government agencies (US Corp of Engineers, etc), as well as individual residential concrete needs.
