Ft.) $85 $105 $115 4 Bed & 2.5 Bath (up to 3000 Sq. Ft.) $95 $115 $130 Large 4 Bed (up to 4000 Sq. Ft.) $115 $125 $145 4,000 to 5,000 Sq. Ft. $145 $175 $195 5,000 to 6,000 Sq. Ft. $165 $185 $220 6,000 to 7,000 Sq. Ft. $185 $205 $245 7,000 to 8,000 Sq. Ft. $205 $220 $270 Deep Cleans are twice the monthly Price. Minimum clean Price is $60 for 2 hours.
