I have had nothing but trouble since getting 2 pairs of glasses at Empire-reading & were NOT inexpensive! The earpiece on the reading glasses kept coming off. It became a joke in my office how often I had to have it repaired. I was able to "re-attach" the piece myself & did so almost daily. Everytime I went in (probably bi-weekly) I asked, "Isn't there something you can do to keep it from being so loose?" I even suggested putting super glue (or some such thing) on the piece like plumbers do with "lock-tight". I was told I took them off wrong! Finally the piece broke & HAD to be replaced-because it had been a while-they wanted a couple of hundred dollars. This didn't seem right to me as I had been in regularly and SO many times. They finally replaced with a piece from another pair that didn't match-but it works & has ever since! I also paid extra for the Crizal finish & each pair of glasses live in a hard case. I only use special cloth to clean. Both pairs are scratched.

I have been an Empire Optical customer over 30 years. The have the best prices& always are under priced than even Box Discount Stores, and way better than the Mall stores. Their in-house prescription custom lens are always spot on & their selection of eyewear frames are always very current. Empire Optical is simply the BEST!
