This business works closely with the nursing school that I am attending. They sold a $130 stethoscope to me. When I found out that a nursing kit from the bookstore was required which included a stethoscope, I returned to Duty Station to return this unopened stethoscope. They refused to accept it, even though the lady was aware that this item was a duplicate and unopened/undamaged. This business has lost my future business and many of my classmates. In addition, I hope that my school will discontinue their contract. This is poor customer service and I discourage anyone from shopping here.
