Gillock is a waste of organic matter. Remember, he works for the insurance company. He gets paid to write what they want him to say. If you are being seen by him, it’s because they need him to lie and document against you. He will straight up twist the truth and lie about your medical conditions in order protect the insurance company. His life is about the same worth as politician feces. Don’t be a fool and believe that he actually cares about you. Make his life as difficult as possible and don’t answer any of his questions at your exam. He has all of your medical records anyways. No matter what you tell him, he is going to document what the insurance wants him to. The insurance company will pay a half a million dollars to stop you from receiving one thousand dollars. Don’t give him anymore ammunition to use against you then he already has. Just tell him the answer he is asking for is in your records and to look there for it. If you are reading this, remember what I am trying to advise you on when you are in there staring at him and his reverse trending hairline. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!! Don’t be fooled by him being nice to you. He is only nice to you to give you the impression that he cares, so you will slip up and say something that he can use against you. Definitely contact your lawyer before talking to this piece of garbage. He is not a real Doctor. Doctors help people. Gillock's only purpose is to please the people who are paying him. I know this from personal experience. This man has a terrible reputation among the courts in Tulsa Oklahoma. He is known to document false information. My own surgeon stated that I needed re-training because I couldn't go back to my profession I was work-injured in. The insurance company paid this guy to document that I didn't require vocational re-training. Like I said, even the Workmans comp surgeon said I needed it. This guy is of absolutely NO benefit to you whatsoever. He works for the insurance company and will do everything in his power to kill your claim. Don't give him any information. Your lawyer will automatically appeal this fake Doctors assessment anyway. Your lawyer probably won't even waste their time reading it. His medical assessment is a fake assessment. Nothing but a big fat lie. Give him the same amount of respect he is going to give you. He is only there to harm you. Trust me.

This doctor is not a very honest doctor. My recommendation is you watch out for him. It sad to say that we let people practice with a license in the medical field and they are able not to be honest and they are only out for the money

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to. If you value your health, don't see this man. He is a rip off. When he examines you he will have you wave at him and that is the exam. $500 and you are out the door.
