My neighborhood Chili's. Eat once a week with them. Recommend the ribs, burgers and steak. Love the wait staff always attentive and funny! Never had a problem till Monday night 3/13. Ordered a couple of rib dinners to go on way home from hospital. Ribs were not the normal juicy ribs. Dry. Didn't feel good yesterday, called MGR today. Fletcher was kind and understanding. Offered to replace the meal! Gosh, that's good business. Always give the REAL businessman the chance to make things right.Thanks Fletch and Thanks to Chili's. Great team at 51st and Harvard. 5 diamonds!
