I don't write reviews, but I had to write this one. I have never been treated better in my life. I was visiting from Missouri when my 2005 Mercury Mariner Premier's transmission broke down and I was stuck. I called around to a few places & after talking to a lot of people, I talked with a gentleman named Glen. I could tell he was very knowledgeable & he seemed genuinely concerned. I chose Central Transmission & they had the transmission out one day & the new one in the next & I was back on the road to home. It has been about two months now, and it works like new, I am a very happy customer, and I was treated like family. I just wanted to let others know that there are good people out there, and Glen is one of them. He has a great crew, who knows what they are doing, and they do it well.
