I would never go back again!!!! I went in to get a bikini wax and my underarms waxed. I have had several bikini waxs in the past so I knew what to expect and I know that it does hurt in certain areas. I just moved to Tulare so I thought I would try this place. The lady was wearing latex gloves so the gloves constantly kept getting stuck on the wax everytime she would put the extremely hot wax on. She would also pull the strip straight up instead of against how the hair grew. I WAS IN SOOO MUCH PAIN!! when I asked her to give me a few seconds to catch my breath and regain my composer she continued on about how I should have known it was gonna hurt and that " I had too much hair" and would laugh and made me feel embarrassed. I couldn't take it anymore. The area she waxed was bleeding and so red to the touch I looked down and she had left wax all around my area and barely pulled out any hair. I told her that I wasn't goin to pay her for a full bikini wax if that's how she was gonna leave me. She became upset and started arguing with me and said she had a customer waiting to get their nails done. As I was walkingout she began talking about me to her coworkers. Never WILL I GO THERE!! there Probbably has been other people in my position but have just not said anything.
