I can sign under every work of the previous patient! My brother had 16 teeth extracted at this place and they made upper and lower dentures for him. Awful work!!!

Now seven month later, he learned that they left six (!) roots un-extracted. They ARE butchers!!!

I went there for an extraction and dentures...as I was waiting for the dentist, I overheard a sweet little old lady in the cubicle next to me complaining that after her extraction she still felt bone or something sharp poking through her gum and it was giving her pain. The dentist just casually said it was a canker sore without examining her mouth. Fortunately she insisted he examine it and what do you know? It was tooth fragments that had been left behind! Now I understand that this sometimes happens but what got me was the dentist's careless attitude and the fact he did not take her concerns seriously until she LOUDLY complained! How negligent of him not to not simply look into her mouth! She could of just took him at his word and ended up going through more pain. They are very unprofessional there! After hearing this and then experiencing their unprofessional, uncaring attitude myself I decided against getting my work done there, I handed them my bib and told them I had a very bad impression of them and would be going somewhere else! Thankfully, I escaped before any harm was done. I WARN YOU...DO NOT GO THERE!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!

Make sure you verify with your insurance company what will be covered BEFORE having the work done. Dr. Stephens office will claim that "it will be covered" but don't believe them! We are paying over $1000 out of pocket to have work done on only one tooth. Ridiculous!!! Insurance is also paying hundreds of dollars. When questioning the insurance company why so much it is because insurance companies deem them to be excessive in charges and only pay what is the normal rate. Do Not go to this Dentist if you have a choice! You can get much better service elsewhere and pay less than half to nothing.

I went here to get a tooth removed and left with a mouth swollen the size of a grapefruit. The dentist tried to remove my wisdom tooth along with the tooth that was already scheduled to be removed. He failed miserably. He hurt my lower jaw in trying to take out the wisdom tooth. He cut open the gum that was covering the wisdom tooth and after not being able to remove it he left the skin flapping open and my mouth in udder pain.
