Of all my many moves cross-country and up and down the West Coast over the past 20 years (and there have been far more than I care to recall) as soon as Dave Ciccarelli came to our home and delivered his estimate, our recent move from Seattle, WA to Long Beach, CA with Neighbors Moving became an absolute nightmare from start to finish! The issues are far too many to list them all but include among others a disgruntled loading crew that showed up six hours late and gave us a huge hassle about completing our pack and load the same day, haphazard packing which in hindsight reflects the mood of the crew, a moving target delivery date which ate up our entire weekend, a multitude of additional broken commitments along the way, broken items at delivery (primarily a huge heavy framed mirror) and finally a Sunday delivery crew consisting of none other than the single truck driver and his 6 3 tall, 130 lb., female cousin! My understanding from both the loading and unloading crew is that Neighbors has horrible working relations with their field crews and couldnt get anybody to work on Sunday! So whyd they schedule it for Sunday??? Because the truck drive had personal commitments (dentist appointment from what I understand) on Monday! I was fully prepared to refuse delivery except that the driver had the good sense to go down the block and find a guy he could pay to help him! The driver/unloader did indeed work his butt off but the inexperienced on the fly hired guy was in way over his head. Not exactly the kind of professional Neighbors, from Door to Door service Dave Ciccarelli had sold us on sitting at our dining room table! The best thing I can say about Neighbors Moving is that I am just so absolutely grateful to just be done with this organization that I couldn't care less about the broken items at this point! This was truly a moving nightmare from start to finish!

These guys really surprised me with their work ethic and enthusiasm that made my move so much easier for me, ended up saving me a lot of money. I also hired the storage service, and the shipment was really smooth, I didnt have any problems with the sales people, and everybody a talked to was able to give me accurate information about my move.

I just received my shipment last week in Seattle last week from Neighbors Moving. I would give Neighbors moving a rank of A for the move. The staff in both the office and on the trucks were very respectful. There was some brief miscommunication regarding what time the start at the pickup would be, but it was quickly fixed. The office staff was extremely patient with my MANY questions I had before the move began. The service itself was the best part of the move. Great loaders, they really took the time to do it right. Thats what impressed me the most. Well they have me and my family as a referral if needed. Very good company.

My sister asked me to help her with her move and I did not know how to escape from that situation! I did not want to be dirty moving things and ended a day with a backache! But I was the only person who could help her! So, I just stopped thinking and we started to work! When I almost cut off one of my fingers, I got upset and I decided to call a moving company and let them do that job! Well, I chose Neighbors Moving and my sister had her things well packed and no one got hurt! Gosh! I could not believe that situation but thanks guys!

After planning on using my last movers, I found out they went out of business. Yikes! So after doing some research, I decided to give Neighbors Moving a try after reading the raving reviews on google. Please add me to the list of satisfied customers. Not only did they show up early (which in my eyes was a plus) but they came in waaaaaaaay under our estimated time. They moved us into our 3rd floor apt in 2.5 hours!!! I can begin to tell you all how wonderful my crew was. Very friendly and fast.

My move with Neighbors Moving and Storage Came along just great. No delays, very careful staff, and a and accurate binding quote. Thank you guys, I will definitely hire you again and recommend to acquaintances.

I will say that the range of satisfaction ... is between 8-10. I have used your services before and was pleased at that time as well. I recomend your company to all my friends that I know who and when they are ready to move.
