I didn't even have the opportunity to schedule a service call. The woman on the phone was rude and "graciously" offered a minute to talk to me, "if her phones didn't ring". I asked who would be calling? Customers maybe? Her reply was, "yes" I told her I was trying to be a customer. "I know" she said. I told her to have a nice day and will be contacting another company.
