Great store, good showroom, You'll get a Selection Sheet and you pick what you want, bring the paper to them and that's it. Very easy, no pressure, and they help you pick colors/styles/combinations if you want their help. When getting tile (8x8 or smaller) countertops, at least look at a 'V-cap' design for the edges before you decide.
