Michael did a great job servicing my home. He explained everything in detail and performed a great job . Thank you so much for the service . I never have a pest problem anymore.
We appreciated the timely and professional service from Semon today. He went around the home removing spiderwebs and also applied web inhibiting product to the eaves and transition areas of the property. He then applied liquid residual along the foundation, walkways, porch, and transition areas.
Damon Wills came out to service our property yesterday. He was extremely professional and made we didn’t have any other needs. Would highly recommend this company for your post control needs!
We had Semon out today, in the pouring rain. He worked hard removing a bunch of spider webs and taking care to spray all around the house. We appreciated the great job he did.
Aptive showed up at my door to explain their business and I found that they better matched my needs than the service I was already using. So I decided to switch. They had two technicians at my house that day and everyone that I worked with including Josiah and Hayden all were very communicative and explained their services very well. Very happy that they reached out to me.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible, Current Customer Support!!!!!
I have been a customer of Aptive for over 2 years. Last week I discovered a large wasp next in my garage and a spider nest in my family room. I called to get service, stayed on the phone for 45 min. finally my call was answered. The person on the phone was nice, scheduled me for the next day at 6:00 pm for service as this was basically an emergency. I get a call from the person who was supposed to service me at 4:00 telling me he was not coming to call customer service to reschedule. I immediately called CS stayed on hole until 5:30, no answer. I left a message. No call back. I called in today promptly at 9:00 have been on hold since. After about 30 minutes, the automated systems says their is no one to answer my call and hangs up. I called the sales line, which is says not to do, they answered withing 5 min. explained they were a different site, would transfer me directly to current customer service, transferred me, and dropped me right back into the system. It is now 10:37 with no help.

Awful company. They go door to door - hard to chase them a way with a broom. They convinced me that they handle rats humanely and locked me into a contract. Rats, birds, and other critters have stumbled around our lawn to die over the period of 48 hours with our dog chomping at the bit to eat them. Came to the conclusion that what aptive is doing is not humane or safe for other creatures. Tried getting out of my contract and they just told me that I should know what i signed up for - terrible customer service. The manager agreed to cancel my contract, hung up on me, then went ahead and billed me anyways. A rat trap is more humane and cheaper. Save the trouble.
Jeremey was incredibly personable and took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed! He took extra steps to make sure we were treating for the right pests, and after closer inspection he added what was needed to make sure we were not getting rat/mouse activity in our garage anymore. Thank you for being such a wonderful company and hiring fantastic technicians!
This company is a scam. The service they provide is the worst and most expensive. The products that they use are not at all environment-friendly especially if you have a kid or a pet at home. They do not ever knock the door when they come and I get to know from my credit card statement that they did anything. Also, we see more spiders at home than before. I had to pay someone else to get the same service and pay Aptive for cancellation.

My service pro today was AMAZING! John really went above and beyond to locate the rodent that had untimely passed on my property.
After searching through the crawl space and checking around my furnace, he was able to pinpoint it somewhere around my freezer or cabinets in the garage. Initially we thought it might have crawled under my cabinets, so John was attempting to unscrew the cabinets to try and find it.
But as soon as we moved my freezer we realized the rodent had died under it. So John screwed my cabinets back to the wall, took off the side panel of my freezer, and was able to dispose of what turned out to be a rat!
Thank you so much John! Now my garage can finally lose the smell of death. A++
