The firm provides various products, including, lawn and garden equipment, outdoor living products, paint products and home goods. It runs nearly 4,400 locally owned and operated hardware stores, 14 distribution centers in the United States and has distribution capabilities in China, Panama and United Arab Emirates. In 2011, the firm ranked Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Home Improvement Stores for the Fifth Consecutive Year, according to J.D. Power and Associates.
