During our visit on 12/15/2023 officer T. Norris was very professional and courteous. His clear, concise and excellent demeanor was greatly appreciated when giving verbal instructions on the rules of the Social security office guidelines. Inside at the customer service desk agent Dominick was a breathe of fresh air with his efficiency, professionalism and knowledge. Thank you to both staff for making our experience 100% awesome.

It is beyond rude and outrageous That no one answers the only phone number listed for Social Security. It rings and rings...for two days now...no answering machine to leave a message..no transportation to physically go there...not in good enough health..I need someone to call me and help me find out if Im eligable for the Univ. Care Advantage plan..right now on Medicaid and about to turn 60..
