Broke Contract/Took Money

Tom Tanner, Sole Proprietor & Owner is not a person of integrity. Mr. Tanner took our payment yet did not fulfill his contract. We are seniors & cannot afford to hire the remainder of his unfinished work to be done. Mr. Tanner�s work is good, however he talks & smokes too much & yet complains that he doesn�t make enough money. We tried to settle this between us, however Mr. Tanner has not responded to our calls or text messages. He does not have email. We are very disappointed & would not recommend this business.
