I've had boxes at 3 UPS stores and this is by far the worst. One young man is polite and intelligent but all other employees are rude. Every visit we get mail from 1 to 3 other box holders in our mail. So where does ours go? By an extremely large margin, this is the poorest service I've ever seen from any business serving the public. One good employee can't make up for the entire staff being uncaring and incompetent. I will move my service very soon.
