Can I give a negative star? Sunland was hired by Sweetwater Reserve H.O.A without approval of the residents. They showed up out of nowhere without notification. Failed to set up proper signs or notify residents, post office, and emergency services. They were rude, caught sleeping on equipment, left the road wavey, even, and mis-matched in color. 3/4 of the road is gray, the other 1/4 is asphalt black. Do not recommend them to anyone, do not let them in your community.

This company was hired by the City of Tucson to pave my road. The pavers left a ridge of asphalt blocking my driveway for more than a day. I have a Toyota with a low front end and the repeated trips I had to make getting in and out of my driveway ruptured my CV boots and damaged my tires. I sent photos of the damage and a Pep Boys assessment and estimate, but the safety manager, Joseph Zaleski, treated me in a demeaning manner, refused responsibility and basically dismissed me. This is a company that has no legal department, probably because they always pass the buck onto someone else. Beware!
