Best service ever; when Javier did the estimate he really tried to buff out the scratches and remove the paint from the other car; unfortunately doing all of that showed the dent which otherwise would not have been seen which was actually good for me because then we could fix the real problem; they were fast and on time and the car looks great; they also helped with the other insurance as well as arranging the rental car; I would use then again and in a heart beat and would recommend them without hesitation

Hey, y'all, it's been awhile since me an Javier, Spectrum's administrator at the time my insurer promoted his body shop, had a heart to heart over fixing me ol car, but I'll tell you without further adieu he's not that bad a guy. I ended up getting my car painted at one of those lowballers and so I have only high hopes for Spectrum's future. Maybe next time.

broke my taillight after I dropped my car off and i had to inspect everything after their paint ran down the edges of my door and was the worst orange peel after painting, i had to get them to wet sand, i felt they were just doing the minimum, most people don't look closley, the mgr told me 3 times at thre different visits "i'll be right with you" and never showed, he runs to te back and hides everytime i show up to talk to him do not take your car there. a 3 day job turned into over a week and they still don't have the parts in.
