Outstanding Service. Have dealt wit SMVC for several years for our fleet of vehicles. Always easy to work with and quick. I drive across town past many other DMV businesses to deal with SMVC.
Greetings to all. It is of the utmost importance to me that your visit is plesant and handled in a proffesional manner. If we don't know the answer to your M.V.D. problem we will find it!! If ever you have a bad experience while here, please ask for the Manager, Janell and or the owner, Carrie.
we sold a vehicle to a friend and went to this place because they had late hours. they were very helpful and gave us the intransit form, notarized the title and we were on our way. we knew before we went there that this company does not take care of everything the DMV does. Best to call before you go and ask questions. we will use them again.
The only thing these people know how to do are basic things. They do not know how to do the more complex things, such as if you want to re-register your vehicle, keep the personalization of your plate, but change the plate style. Furthermore, if you ask them about that, they will give you some sorry reason for why it cannot be done.######If you have a more complex item that needs done, go to the MVD. By the way, the MVD knew exactly how to re-register a vehicle if you want to keep the personalization of your plate, but change the plate style. Southwest Motor Vehicle Center lied to me and said it could not be done.

If you need something basic done, then these people can do it. However, if you need something more complicated, like re-registering a vehicle with personalized plates, keeping the personalization, but changing the plate style, they CANNOT do that. Furthermore, if you ask them about it, they will give you some sorry reason for why it cannot be done. Save yourself the grief, and go to the MVD.
