My Garage door broke on Saturday and when I called Signal Doors on monday morning and spoke to Helen she got a technician out to my house the same day. All the while she kept me aware of everything that was going on, what needed to be done to fix the problem and when it would be completed.Being so backed up at work and not able to take off of work to deal with the door repair Signal Door did the repair, left the invoice in the garage and when I got home the garage door was going up and down, sweety, quitely and with no problems.Thanks to them for their professionalism, flexibility, good work and great staff. I called Signal Doors because I saw they had a five star rating in the Dex Yellow pages. Their entire team from the lady who took my order and all the repairmen were professional,timely and polite. They DO deserve their five star rating.

Signal Doors was assigned my service request by my Home Appliance Insurance Co. I was contacted promptly, an appointment set up and they kept it. The repairman was knowledgeable, had the part necessary, replaced the part in a timely manner and was polite and helpful with questions. I would use them again.
