I've been here 8 months and I can't wait till my lease is up. TOO LOUD! You can hear your neighbors easily and so many kids around always screaming and running, especially near the pool (UNSUPERVISED!!). Neighbors are rude, selfish, and inconsiderate. Complaining to the office doesn't help, they just tell me to call the police (it's NOT a police issue, its a management issue they are avoiding). MOLD PROBLEM! All of my clothes have a smell to them & even washing them doesn't solve it. Management just brushes it off & takes forever to get a response. Everyone in the office seems incompetent and uneducated in management responsibilities. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD! Since I've been here, cars have been stolen (my boyfriend's was broken into!!), police have come several nights, and someone was SHOT IN THE LEG here! Very sketchy. AC & Heat are free but they control when they turn it on... usually weeks after you need it! Run far away to another complex!!!!

My two roommates and I lived at Sierra Vista for a total of 18 months. During that time, we had multiple things in our apartment break, and it took them over a month to fix anything each time. The "sparkling pools" they boast are rarely, if ever in working condition. When you are in the office as a prospective renter, they are all smiles and pleasantries. As soon as you move in, their demeanor changes, and you are treated as nothing more than worthless wastes of space, not to mention them upping our rent three separate times without notifying us, and their losing our rent check on one occasion. Then, there was the week we thought we went without hot water because they never notified us that they turned the gas back on. Between the screaming children and the ever-broken washers and dryers in the laundry room, I would not ever recommend Sierra Vista to anyone I actually liked.

Renters Beware!!!!! Lived there less than a year and it was one of the worst years of my life. The first week in our new appartment, there was a drive by. Some gang members had shot up a house right across the street from where my appartment was. In summer months the ac would go out for long periods of time, it would take maitenence a good two weeks before they came out to take a look at it. Horrible office staff, they are rude and unwilling to help with anything. I had a billing error and instead of just letting me have the number to corp to try to get it taken care of, they gave me the run around, and now 2 years later I'm still dealing with it and trying to get it off my credit. So again renters beware!!!!
