It is not often that you meet someone who can do a fantastic job, who is patient and accommodating at the same time. Katrina is very professional and knows all about nails. Her acrylic pink and whites are always flawless and I have never had a problem. She is meticulous in her work and she also does nail art. She might be a little higher in price but she uses the top of the line products. I would highly recommend her. The salon is very warm and friendly. It is best to make an appointment as she has lots of clients.

I go to Salon Noueau for pedicures and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly. The atmosphere is great. And my pedicures are lovely. I had a new pedicurist today - Michelle - and my nails look great! Thanks Salon Nouveau for making me so comfortable in your setting.

Salon Nouveau is a place that is extraordinary!!You enter with a cheery greeting from the receptionists, you wait in an attractive setting, and offered a cool or hot beverage. The wait is brief. Your professional greets you and takes you to his or her station for your scheduled service or services. This is a full service,uni sex salon. I moved to Tucson without any clue on where to go for a bikini wax. After trying other salons (and having not so great experiences), I was blown away not only with this salon's professionalism, but also customer service. I get a bikini wax regularly with Lisa, and she is great--especially if it is your first time getting one, I recommend her. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of work from Lisa and what I observed from the rest of the staff. Every experience continues to be painless and fast (which is great for bikini waxes). The fact that it is a bikini wax may put the client in an awkward/uncomfortable place, but Lisa is so professional that I have never felt uncomfortable or uneasy.

I recently experienced a 'soothing session' at the salon with Sonya. I was exhausted from painting and cleaning our rental property and needed to relax. Sonya worked her magic and I enjoyed every minute of my 55 minute massage with lovely aromatic oils which hydrated my very dry skin. This is not a deep tissue massage, but rather a wonderfully relaxing massage which I look forward to experiencing again!

I recently discovered this salon when my fabulous stylist moved there. Staff are warm and welcoming and the services I have tried have been great--including great waxers! I defintely recommend it!

When I first decided to schedule a hair cut at Salon de Nouveau, I chose it because of it's great location. It is near my work, and offers extended hours (which I love as I often have to work late). Since my first appointment, I am always thrilled with every service I have. I started off with getting my hair cut and now have had facials, waxings, and pedicures. I always feel beautiful and relaxed when I leave. I have NEVER had a bad experience or a bad treatment. Everyone is always so sweet and I always feel as though I am treated special when I am there. The staff are always happy and speaking for myself, and in my observations with other clients, go out of their way to make people feel special. I would recommended Salon de Nouveau to anyone looking for a great salon to be pampered.

Although the salon has been in Tucson for many years, I had never been there until recently. I was pleasantly surprised by the charm of the salon facility and the services I received. I have enjoyed working with my stylist who has taken the time to know my likes and dislikes and who remembers that I like my bangs cut a certain way even though she might really want to cut them a different way. After many years of going to a salon that booked as many clients in an hour as possible and where sometimes 3 or 4 different people would be involved in one visit for a cut and color, I have enjoyed and appreciated that the stylists here book only one client for the time slot necessary for the services desired and take the time necessary to get to know their client and to give them a satisfying experience. I hope to try many of the other services offered by the salon and anticipate more enjoyable experiences there.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the salon twice over the past 3 months. I had never been there before, but it was recommended by a friend since I was new to Tucson and looking for a new stylist. From the time I made the appointment on the phone to the time I left after receiving a shampoo, cut & style, I was treated with courtesy from a cheering staff. The male receptionist took all necessary information, repeated it back to confirm it was accuate. Upon arrival, I was greeted by name, offered a cold beverage (choice of soda, water, etc.) and barely sat down when I was greeted by the stylist who I had not yet met. She warmly introduced herself and gave me a tour of the facility since I had not been there before. She was competent and patient as we discussed what I wanted done and she made sure she had a full understanding before she preceeded. I was so pleased with the experience and care I was given that I have gone back a second time and received the same warm treatment as the first. I was impressed that a file had been kept on me and the stylist even knew what products I had purchased the time before and asked how I liked them. I have not used the spa or nail services as of yet, but plan to in the near future. The price of the service was well within the average of most salons, $35.

as a new resident to tucson this year, it was important for me to locate a salon which met my needs. i was referred to salon de nouveau by a friend and was glad i took her advice, because i have been treated w/the utmost professionalism and courtesy everytime i have walked in the door. the staff calls me by name and i have been extremely pleased w/the services i have received. their prices are comparable to any others i have researched in this area and i always leave feeling well-attended to. i would highly recommend this salon to everyone! :-)
