The Dentist, DR Ronald Walker and all the Hygienists there are great people and skilled professionals. I just spoke with an elderly receptionist over the phone today stating I had to cancel my 1pm appointment (10-26-2016), due to a last minute emergency at work. I am an on-call administrator. I am always on-call. This receptionist started scolding me on the phone over the cancellation. I then stated, to please take me off the client's list, as my family will not be coming back to do business. That receptionist is bad for business and needs a new role in the family business :(

Dr. Walker is a remarkable dentist. I highly recommend him! However, some of his office staff is driving away patients! Otherwise, I would have given him a 5.

I had severe tooth pain and when I went to another dentist they told me that I was either going to have to have the tooth pulled or get a root canal and crown and they would be happy to charge me $1000(and that is with insurance) to do it in a week, but I would have to deal with the pain until then. The problem with this is that I am currently unemployed and do not have an extra $1000. So I called Dr. Walker's office and they said they could see me right away and take care of my problem. Did they ever! Dr. Walker said all I really needed was a filling and some antibiotics as a temporary solution that would hold me over for a year or so to get rid of the pain and then I could decide what I wanted to do about the tooth when I was in a better position to make a decision not based on pain or finances. It is really refreshing to find a dentist that is more interested in your well-being than just being out to make a buck. Needless to say that I now have a new family dentist.

waiting room waits have been 5-10 mins. the staff is very friendly. will get you an appointment right away. If you have a problem they will take you right away. most work is done in office not 4 trips to dentist to get a crown. great overall experience with dentist.
