I purchased a Duke which the material was bad and after 3 times got one that was ok, except now the springs in this chair squeaks. I will call them today on same but I have never had a problem before ever with any other chair. I understand they do not carry the Duke anymore and I can see why. This chair should last me the rest of my life but with the way it looks I don't think so. When you pay $2000 for a chair you expect it to last more than 6 months &I am the only one that sits it in. The store was very helpful, but the chair is not worth any amount of money. Especially since I depend on this chair for my back daily.

I will never buy anything in this store again. I purchased a back support that created a sore on my back, returned it, and tried a different back support that I thought was too big, but they talked me into buying it, saying it was the right size. When I realized it was just too big, I tried to take it back, after 8 days, and they refused to refund or give me a store credit for the back support. Because it was too big, it apparently rubbed on one edge about 1 inch wide. I only used it a couple of times when I decided it just wasn't comfortable and simply was too big. Supposedly, you have 10 days to return any item for refund or exchange. They did not stand behind their warranty. I tried to return the item "like new" except for the rub spot, and they refused any allowance to me. I'll never buy anything there again and we have purchased other products from this store. They are "high pressure" sales people and don't stand behind their warranties.
