I want to commend Pools By Design for their ability to Keep the Customer Happy. The pool building process did not lack challenges along the way. However, PBD ultimately did show us that they will do what it takes to ensure the customer is pleased with the results. That is important, they displayed this in our experience. I want to reward that type of effort and outlook. We spent over $40k for our pool, the end result is a beautiful pool & deck. With highs & lows along the way, PBD made concessions to ensure we were pleased with the results. That is rare these days and I think it should be noted, Pools by Design does care and is a good company to work with when choosing a pool company in Tucson.
