I don't recommend this auto insurance broker. They have little regards for their customers. They fail to inform their customers of important changes such as days of operation and hours available. They never answer their phone and tell customers that "there's only one person available and they can't answer every phone call". Their leve of customer service is below any professional standard and they lack any communication skill. Their prices are decent, but I recommend doing automatic payments to avoid dealing with such low level of customer service.
