This place charges way to much And my rims did not consider out good

I was told by a reputable tire company that I need some repairs to my rims, maybe even a replacement. I was quoted on new rims but decided to call a specialist. I made an appointment and without any wait my tires were removed and I was pleasantly informed that my tires had very small leaks due to some lodged cactus. I would not have known if there was a needed rim repair, but the people at Nu Wheel were honest. So I am writting to give them Kudos for their service and integrity; Discount Tire is another matter.

Before I could even get my wheel to the shop, on the phone I was so disgusted by the lack of customer service, that I am looking to go to Phoenix to get my wheel fixed. Maybe they do great work, but unfortunately I will not know that because they really really need to get someone on the phone, which when you think about it is the FIRST person that a prospective customer talks to, that has the information you are looking for or at the VERY least offers something better than "welllllll...um.....we will probably need to have your wheel for a couple of days to see what we can do"...sounding like she is bored with you first thing in the morning....UNBELIEVABLE
