About Nicolosi & FitchNicolosi & Fitch, Inc was founded in 2005 by Nancy Nicolosi and Kimberly Fitch. The company currently manages 5, 000 apartments in Arizona.The real estate experience of both principals includes all aspects of multifamily property management. They have had operational oversight of more than 27, 000 apartments over the past 20 years, with a proven track record managing conventional properties as well as HUD insured and Low Income Housing Tax Credit buildings. In total, they have overseen the management of assets valued at over one billion dollars.Although their management focus has been primarily in Southern Arizona, they have also managed properties in Phoenix and Casa Grande, Arizona, Las Vegas, Nevada and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
