  Ms. Strickland began her legal career in 2005 focused on family law, developing a litigation practice in the areas of divorce, paternity actions, child custody, and child support. Mr. Myers and Ms. Strickland worked on their first adoption together in 2007. This collaboration led to several more adoption and assisted reproduction cases together until they finally became partners in 2013. Ms. Strickland was invited to join AAAA in 2014.

  For six years I worked with the State of Arizona as an adoption case manager. In 2018, I transitioned to adoption law as I had the opportunity to expand my adoption knowledge through the legal side.
