Marana High School has an enrollment of more than 1,700 students in grades nine through 12. It is a public school affiliated with the Marana Unified School District. The school s curriculum includes English, mathematics, social studies, science, home economics, industrial technology, foreign language, computers, and physical and health education. Its athletic department offers a variety of sports activities, including football, baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, track, volleyball and wrestling. It also has a career center that provides educational scholarships, financial aid, information about colleges and career counseling services. The extracurricular activities offered by the school include marching and jazz bands, culinary arts, dance, debate, journalism, photography, yearbook, choir, automotive training, and anime and chess clubs. Marana High School also provides online and distance learning programs, and is located in Tucson, Ariz.
