If a EV3000i salesman knocks on your door do not let them in! Once in your home they will claim a great product and engage you into demonstrations and sweet talk only having their best interests in mind....to make money/a sale. The salesman promise they will follow up so you can get the best use of the product but fail to do so. They claim they come out to your area at least once a month but don't. After several phone calls, messages and attempts to call the distributor in Tucson directly with my concerns no one has come out to show me how to use the steam cleaner properly to get the best use out of this expensive steam cleaner as promised. I even emailed the company in Italy only to be ignored. I regret having invested in this product! And financing the steam cleaner is a joke! They use Preferred Credit Inc; whom has a 2 star rating, to finance the EV3000i at a high interest rate irregardless of your credit score and you end up paying double for the product even when you make double payments to pay it off early.....it all goes to interest. The contract has hidden clauses that make them money and stick it to the consumer. Stay clear of EV International of Tucson and Preferred Credit Inc.

I bought a vacume from this company, because the machine is a good product and many of my family members own one. However, when I bought this product there was 3 different locations in my city. Now there is only 1 remaining. It is located 40 minutes away from my house and very frustrating having to drive across town just to buy vacume bags. This location does not always have products that I need, I try to call before I drive all the way down there and find out they do not have what I am looking for. It seems that no one is ever there, because I always get a machine recording. Though the machine is good, I find it more of a pain than it should be just to vacume my carpets. This was not the service I was promised when I bought this item from this company. I am starting to regret my purchase.
