I have used TurboTax for years, but now it requires the latest operating system. Trying to find how to get a refund on-line led me in circles. Nowhere did they simply list the address to which the CD should be sent for their guaranteed return policy. Finally had to call them on the phone and waited 5 minutes for the agent to look up the address.

Customer Service is next to useless! I have a work related hearing loss that renders me unable to understand accents. I have just spent 3 hours trying to contact a real English as a first language customer support person in the US. If they would just use the same person who recorded the "push this button, push that button" to answer calls, and that person was knowledgeable, I would probably give them 5 stars...
