The Simmons family has been, ordering flowers from Evergreen for over 25 years, thank you to your delivery lady she came with a smile on her face making my Mother’s Day, my mom said she was so sweet. Thank you for another beautiful arrangement of flowers

We ordered three bouquets for our wedding (one bridal and two bridesmaid bouquets) and they were horrible! The flowers were not what we ordered and were already wilting by the time they were picked up the morning of our wedding. My husband (then fiance) called Evergreen before picking them up and it seemed like they had forgotten our order. My husband is convinced that they put the bouquets together at the last minute when he arrived since he had to wait 20 minutes while they "searched" for something in the back. Careless service and terrible product! If you're ordering flowers for your wedding, I would not recommend this place.

DO NOT USE EVERGREEN

The 18th of this month was our ten year wedding anniversary and my husband went to Evergreen several weeks prior to pick out the perfect bouquet and have it delivered to my office. I was so surprised when I received the flowers and they were stunning. I left them at my office because unfortunately I am there more than I am home but made sure to put a lot of water in them so they would keep until the weekend and I could bring them home for my husband to see. Well I come in the following morning, not even 24 hour after I received the flowers and they are not looking well, the orchids had mostly fallen off, the sunflowers and the roses were very wilted, it looked like a week old bouquet. I asked my peers if I was being too particular and they are the ones that said absolutely not, that I needed to call the florist and let them know because they were dying and that is not right. I was thinking that this would be s simple call where they would apologize and bring out a new arrangement. I spoke to the manager Sheryl and she said that I could bring the flowers to the shop and have them fixed, with two infants and a full time job, I explained to her that this would not work for me. She then asked what time I leave work and I explained that I leave at 4PM to get the kids. I explained to her that I did not want my husband to know because I did not want him to be upset that his "special" flowers had died within a day. A driver came and picked up the arrangement around 3:45. Sheryl let me know that she would send another arrangement out the following day and put it in a vase so the flowers got more water. All day I wait and wait for the delivery. So around 1PM my husband calls me and asks why I returned the flowers that he bought me and how Sheryl so kindly called him to let him know that I returned them and not only that but that I had neglected to water them and that is why they died. I was infuriated to say the least so I call Sheryl and ask why she would do this and where the flowers were. She explained that it is my marital problem if I am "keeping secrets from my husband." She also went into detail about how the flowers were not dead but then said that they were dead because I did not give them any water. So not only did she ruin my special day and flowers, she made ME the customer feel as if I was wrong. We went round and round as she continued to attack my character and finally just agreed that she would have the flowers delivered soon. So 4PM rolls around and no flowers, I have a peer call and ask where the flowesr are as I was in an important meeting and Sheryl explains to her that I work until 5PM as I told her yesterday and they might be there by 5. My peer informed her that I leave work around 4PM and would be at an offsite event the following day as she suggested to deliver them the following day or Saturday or Monday which is not a viable suggestion to me. My peer suggested that she send them to my home in address which is in Vail, 6 miles from my office. Sheryl put her on hold for a long time and came back to the line letting her know that my address was in Sahuarita (which it is not) and that they would not deliver to that address and that I had no other options. I called Sheryl after I left work and asked her how we could make this work as I was headed home and she let me know after putting me on hold for 20 minutes that she could contact the owner but the owner would not OK with them driving out to my house without a $50 delivery fee. She then suggested a refund which I just agreed to so that this nightmare could end.

Exceptional Service and Pricing is Great Too!

I had flowers delivered to my girlfriend. I described the colors and general style and price over the phone. She was blown away when she received them, delivered on time and looking incredible. I was blown away too when I saw what I was able to get for my money. The arrangement truly exceeded expectations, and their fun attitude was greatly appreciated!
