I had five new Cooper tires put on my truck June 17th. Discount tire was having a promo and the tire was at a great price, well below competitor prices. The service took just over an hour, this location is always busy. When I went to admire my new tires after getting my truck home, I noticed three of the tires bulging at the sidewalks. I'm at discount now, Lenny looked at the tires and offered to replace with an upgraded tire. One was BF Goodrich, owned by Michelin. I asked if I could pay to have the Michelins, Lenny was sympathetic to my concern to have quality tires. He offered to exchange all five tires for the Michelins. The exchange was a few hundred dollar upgrade for the 5 tires. I have been using Discount tires for decades and with the excellent service
