      WHAT WE'RE ABOUT Zum·ba (Ë?zoÍ?ombÉ?/): an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music. After a tragic, life-changing event, it was difficult for me to find things I enjoyed, so I turned to Zumba, which has ultimately changed my life for the better. I have always had a huge heart for our elderly community, which lead me to getting certified in silversneakers. The way fitness makes us feel is beyond words, and we are excited to help you feel the same happiness we feel. Join us on this new journey and let's get movin'!
