This store may be closed due to Covid-19, but one would not know by going to their Non existing Website. You would think that as big as Cox is that they could at least have a contingency plan for their Customer since we pay them an exorbitant amount of money for monthly Internet access and they cannot even answer the phone or leave a voicemail message letting you know that their store is closed or provide some type of answering service letting you know what is happening. This is super irresponsible. Many of us who are now working from home rely on the internet providers for our daily bread.

The App does not list store hours, i.e., for Cox, but the website version does. Since the Web is so fast, might as well use the web. Otherwise, I find things. The reliance on users for improvement on the App has its plusses an detractors. All in all, I always turn to this App first.

I have had terrible at this center. I have to back for the 4th time. They can't get it right. Very bad service!!!! I am filing a complaint!!

These folks know how to send bills on time, and late time bills that give you ten days to pay... You just get the last notice with just two days left to pay. Wanna call? Good luck getting a rep... or an answering machine :/
