Carondelet Medical Group, established in 1995, provides a wide range of health care services to the communities of southern Arizona. The medical group is affiliated with the Carondelet Health Network, one of the largest medical networks in the United States. In 2002, CHN merged with Ascension Health, one of the largest faith-based health care systems in the U.S. The medical group has more than 70 physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Its physicians are board-certified primary care practitioners and specialists. The group s specialties include family medicine, geriatrics, internal medicine, minor office surgery, office gynecology, orthopedics podiatry, preventive medicine, rheumatology, and women s health.
