Really bad service. Ordered sweet potato fries with my sandwich and it came without them. The person delivering it wanted to see my receipt when I said there was part of the order missing. Showed him, and he said he would tell the kitchen. We waited exactly 45 minutes overall, from the start of checking in until I got the last of my order. Terrible cooks. At approximately 40 minutes into the order, I went to the counter to see where my sweet potato fries had disappeared, after informing the server they were missing. Some gal named Yolanda went out to the kitchen to take care of it personally and hand them to me. Disgusting place. This happened before, where we had to wait for our food and some young guy at the counter made the comment that the cooks "were really too slow" to be cooking there. Horrible twice within two weeks. We have given up on that store on Grant Road.

Horrible service, no customer service, the employees don't pay attention get your order incorrect even after you have to repeat three or four time. Food not great either. No stars deserved; however needed to select one in order to submit rating.
