It is one of the recognized leaders among association management firms in the Tucson and surrounding areas. It specializes solely in providing professional management services to Homeowners Associations. The company also offers financial, portfolio and on-site management and developer services. Cadden Community Management s staff of approximately 60 employees is composed of association managers, bookkeepers, administrative personnel, gate staff and maintenance personnel. It serves approximately 200 communities in Green Valley, Sierra Vista, and Rocky Point, Mexico.
