If they are delayed by a preceding service call, they always called to let me know when to expect them. Their work and recommendations are excellent. I always know the charge beforehand. Even the front office phone dispatch staff are pleasant, professional and understanding on the phone. I have had a Breeze Ways' serviceman at my home at 9:30 p.m. to complete a job, even though he had been working since 6:30 a.m. That is dedication. I have recommended Breeze Ways to my family and friends because I think they are the best. Occasionally, under my home warranty contract, my cooling service has been assigned to a different company, which do not measure up by comparison to Breeze Ways' service. I even write complimentary letters about the employees to the company's CEO because I am so impressed. .
