I have been going to this Brake Max for years. I always deal with the manager, Jeremy. He is extremely professional. He does let me know about things that are wearing down and when they should be fixed. I am always greeted with a smile and by name. I highly recommend this store. Ok. I had to go back (060722), Was surprised Jeremy moved to the Oro Valley store and I did not recognize anyone in the stop. I was waiting on my Victor. What a very nice patience and professional young man. Victor explained everything to me and answered my questions, He is definitely my new go to guy. As for the new manager, He does not smile, look at or talk to his customers.
